Essential to this design was our therapeutic design process to aid in the healing and recovery of the veteran. Applying evidenced based design SDS was able to create an interior that was soothing and restful reminding our veteran of pleasure moments in his life. The studio is designed to create the feeling of normalcy rather than emphasizing his disability. Every detail of the design had careful consideration to ensure not only a sense of being normal but was functional for his disability. This is Health and Wellness Design at its best. Many of these are award winning and published projects. As a licensed architect Delvon has over eighteen years of experience in the profession. Delvon and Carol originally met each other while working together at the prestigious Aspen firm of Rowland + Broughton.
